Active shoulder elevation through the range of scaption

INDICATIONS
Chronic, non-irritable cases of painful arc related to cervical dysfunction

NOTES

  • Ensure pressure is begun quite laterally to avoid pinching skin
  • Have higher thumb on painful side
  • Use foam pad for comfort
