MOVEMENT
Auto-assisted hand behind back through pull of mobilisation belt
INDICATIONS
- Pain with, or restriction of, shoulder internal rotation hand behind back
- Useful for smaller practitioners working with larger clients
NOTES
- Place folded mobilisation belt tight into cubital fossa so that it does not block forearm elevation up back
- Ensure scapular stabilizing hands force is directed cranio-medially not laterally (do not lever humerus out of glenoid fossa)
