Mobilisation
 Antero-cranial glide through upward pressure via right index finger of the fist to apply the glide

Movement
Client moves the spine in the appropriate direction, flexion or extension

Indications
Self-management of pain with, or restriction of, lumbar flexion or extension

Notes
-Ensure NO PAIN, no discomfort
-Ensure push of hand is creating enough force and is cephalically oriented
 -Self-SNAGS for all lumbar segments, applicable as a central or unilateral technique
 -Special recommended for L5 -S1
