Indications
Self-management of pain with, or restriction of, lumbar extension

Notes
-Ensure NO PAIN, no discomfort
-Ensure pull of mobilisation belt (or Lumbar Self-SNAG strap) is cephalically oriented
 -Elbows maximally flexed
 -To avoid slippage, use foam pad between belt and spine
