Mobilisation
 With or without SNAG and towel or pillow

Movement
Lumbar extension in lying

Indications
Pain with, or restriction of, lumbar extension in lying

Notes
– Ensure NO PAIN, no discomfort
 – Place hands initially at shoulder lever
 – If client has one-sided pain with this exercise place a towel or pillow under hip on that side
