O.15. Tennis Elbow Homework

Mobilisation
 Lateral glide of the radius and ulna through manual mobilisation with hand on (relatively) stabilized humerus. Elbow is not hyper extended.

Movement
Resisted wrist gripping or resisted extension with pronated forearm

Indications
Lateral elbow pain with resisted wrist grip or extension

Notes
– Ensure NO PAIN, no discomfort
– Ensure glide is exactly lateral
 – Slowly build up the grip force to a maximum and slowly relax
 – 10 repetitions, several times a day
