MOVEMENT
Stabilize C2 through posterior web space grip of transverse processes

INDICATIONS
Relief of cervicogenic headache

NOTES

  • Ensure glide is true anterior translation of cranium with concurrent posterior fixation of C2
  • May need to vary degree of flexion/extension/rotation to achieve headache relief
  • Do not oscillate mobilisation force
