 Antero-cranial glide through spinous process or one articular pillar through pull of strap

Cervical side flexion

Indications
Self-management of pain with, or restriction of, cervical side flexion

Notes
-Ensure NO PAIN, no discomfort
-Ensure glide is directed towards client’s eyes
 -In case client uses a towel instead of a Cervical Self-SNAG strap, ensure client’s use of towel’s edge only for contact
