 Antero-cranial glide through spinous process or one articular pillar using a cervical Self-SNAG strap

Cervical extension

Indications
Self-management of pain with, or restriction of, cervical extension

Notes
– Ensure NO PAIN, no discomfort
– Ensure glide is directed sufficiently cranial
 – Track with the dynamic treatment plane through extension
 – You can use a towel instead of the Cervical Self-SNAG strap, but make sure client’s use of towel’s edge only for contact
