Applicable from C2 to T3
Direction of mobilisation is in the plane of the relevant apophyseal joints

INDICATIONS

  • Acute neck pain
  • Elderly clients
  • Multi-directional movement loss

NOTES

  • Ensure glide is directed in the plane of the cervical apophyseal joints
  • Central (spinous process) or unilateral (articular pillar) technique variations
